there are 2 options
either go for repeated(2,3) intralesional steroid injections..or go for surgery...
keloid surgey is always in successful better to consult plastic surgeon
Recurrent keloid needs again excision followed by intra operative & postoperative steroif injection therapy

First thing u should keep in mind tht it will recur.. Thr r various treatments for this. But nothing is 100%. Intra lesional injections(used inside the swelling) can be used. Re-excision can be done..
Well unfortunately i had the same issue and got intalesional injections 4-5 times and pressure application after each injection for 10-15 mins. It worked well for me. 90% has resolved. The size of your lesion is bigger. It will need surgical excision and scar site injections later on. Kindly visit qualified dermatologist/plastic surgeon. It will work !
