Enlarged Prostate

Question

Information to be shared with the doctor..
1 : The enlarged prostate was not available in the last scan which was 2 years old,

2 : he can\'t handle the pressure of urination and always runs for the wash room.

3 : I think he feels the bladder is not getting empty sometimes.

4 : no pain in urination and no other feelings.

5 : conducted a complete health check 2 weeks prior.
LTF,RFT,URIC, BLOOD URINE COMPLETE examination is fine.

Suggestions required on it.

He is a high BP patient and age is 75 , no diabetes history,

Does this prostate cause any damages in future?

Should we wait for some time ?

Someone advised us that this surgery is complicated 
And its side effects are critical ?

any surgery prostate or other reason can lead to complications. the surgeon always weighs the complications versus benefits of surgery. if benefits are more they advise to operate.
