Asking For Self, Male 27, Pakistan
I suffer from fissures and they don't go easily. Doctor told that without softening the stool fissures wouldn't get healed. I use husk(ispaghol). Is it enough for softening or do I need to use other laxative medicines?
acute fissures heal 80 percent conservatively
whereas chronic fissures heal mostly with surgery
you need to add more fiber in your diet and increase your water intake.
consult with the surgeon in person
do you have constipation? then u must tak stool softer Nd syp duphalic 4 spoon rat ko. along with other ointment

sometimes ispaghola husk is enough. Use it by mixing in the water for ten fifteen minutes and then drink it.
additionally, you can use FIBO SACHET instead of ispaghola husk to get dame results.
if above does not improve your condition, start using some laxative like SYP FIBO 2+2+2 for few days.
Enough. U cadd according to condition FIBO or Lactulose
duration of fissure ???
if it's chronic.then in some cases needs surgery.
