Gillties Round Neck

Question

Nine gilties have been appeared round the neck one of them is largest on the right side under the ear. Docter advised FNAC bioupsy, but no one could get the sample. We worriedly reached an ent specialist for this purpose but he advised vellosif but we have already taken antibiotic course thrice. Now we r worried.kindly suggest us.

Well the patient needs to be seen by a Surgeon who can do complete examination and of course FNAC will be required to reach diagnosis
