Goitre Operation

Question

A lady 45 years age, underwent a operation about 10 years back and she was initially prescribed Thyroxine but she left taking medicine after 2 years. Now she has some sleep, digestive and issues with some moods. Tsh levels was tested yesterday and came out 1.44 ( 0.35----4.94) . Should we go for thyroid function test or is it sufficient to indicate thyroid function is optimal ?

Repeat Tsh level after 4 to 6 weeks
Levels are in normal limit
She should consult physcian for other issue
