Asking for Husband, Male, 26 years old, Lahore
Assalam o alaikum. my husband is having guilty ( garh) in his under arm, he usually have it in summer season due to hot weather and get it fine by its own, but this time it hasn't any open mouth to release the fluid product of inflammation ( puss, suppuration) and so its hurting badly. I need to know the reasons of its reocurring and what can we do to make its mouth to release?

Take Tab. Augmentin 1gm twice a day for 6 days. From the details given by you it is probably hair follicle infection. Take good care of hygiene and avoid excessive sweating.

Thanks doctor . but he used to have these type of garh in history as well ... bs iska munh nahi bana hua is baar andar hi andar bara horaha hai . as its too hot here and he's fasting so can the dose of augmentin be decreased? and will brufen work as inflammatory drug

wash area daily, dont shave armpits with razor, rather can do it with machine,
for now can take some antibiotics anti inflammatory n pain killers, if doesnt settel, get consultation

If you want to get permanent solutions so take homeopathic treatment and get rid of your problems
add tab. flagyl along with antibiotics for 5 days. if dnst settel then need debridement or excision depending upon the situation.
