Asking For Brother, Male 15, Karachi
Kindly recommend best treatment option as per attached CT scan He had already gone through appendectomy since 2 years ago. Right now, brother is admitted in hospital from the last 3 days, having greenish vomiting with unbearable pain (at abdominal area)
