I have been taking ppis and reflux medications for 3 years now but my ulcers are getting worse, i have been diagnosed with type 1 hiatal hernia, i have tried life modifications but not much help, what should i do? i have lost apatite, my daily life is too much disturbed, i am considering for laparoscopic surgery, please suggest me what should i do
before that you should visit gastroentrologist for endoscopy.
How you come you to know the diagnosis of Hiatal hernia? You needs endoscopy then depends upon the size of hernia .if life style modification & medical treatment fails then Surgical treatment.
