Talk to General Surgeon on Invisible Bumps In Left Armpit

History: female,age 35,obese 110kg 5.5ft height. Age 35. Pcos, hypertension, married, 2kids csec 1.5 yr ago. Current medicines: glucophage 500mgx2, lopressor x1, amvasc x1, zinc calcium vitd supplement x1 daily. From last 1 year small bumps appear in left under arm only which sometimes became very painful if i kept under arm covered (this happens in every 1.5/2 months). For 3/4 days i left them open (wear sleeveless shirt) they disappear itself or there pain becomes less. Nothing can be seen on skin of underarm. Sometimes left underarm gets swollen as well. By touching i can feel 2/3 bumps under the skin. And sometimes no bump at all under the skin.Any doctor can guide what these bumps are?? To whom should i consult? What this condition is ?
