Talk to General Surgeon on Lump Under Skin
Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Inner Thigh/Groin Area
I noticed yesterday a knot/lump/bump on my inner thigh. Right above the crease of my leg/groin. It only hurts when I press on it.
The skin is a little red, but no visible head like a pimple/boil or something similar. The skin is a little raised if I run my finger over it. It’s not super hard, I can kinda move the area around.
It’s maybe 2cm big?
Should I be concerned? I currently don’t have health insurance and would like to avoid paying $140+ to be told it’s nothing. I’ve never experienced anything similar before and I’m not taking any medications outside of my birth control (Norethindrone).
