Asking for Self, Female, 35 years old, Karachi
Assalam o alaikum. 35 years old married female, since last two days she is having 2 painful lumps, 1 in right armpit and 1 on side of anal opening. Small almost pea sized n skin coloured but very painful, she noticed them becoz of pain. In last two months She had 2 painless lumps in upper inner thigh area which develop in the normal days and resolve on it own in period days smal size n skin colored. She has thyroid issue (takes methimazole), n uses razor for cleaning hair. Please doctor guide what to do. She cannot go to doctor becz of covid still in her area.
These can be skin pustules. A picture of axillary lump will be helpful to understand what they really are. If they are only pustules, they can be treated with antibiotics.

wa alaikum assalam, most probably it is folliculitis,
take augmentin 1gm twice a day,
tab brufen 600mg twice a day
for 5 days.
final diagnosis can be made only on seeing the pt.

The lumps need to be examined by a Surgeon...in the meanwhile use simple painkillers for the time being
