First consult a urologist for removal of ureteric stone. It will be done by URS. Operation is not required. After that consult general surgeon for laparoscopic gallbladder removal.
For uterovesical calculus URS is the procedure, whereas for cholelithiasis laproscopic cholecystectomy is the choice
