Lap chole mein 80% success ka chance hota hei, 15 to 20 % cases mein, we convert to open surgery if some difficult findings are seen.

once gall bladder is removed stones are with in it so they are gone with gall bladder too... and if the stone is in CBD, then we first manage that and then proceed with cholecystectomy (removal of gall bladder)
laparoscopic is a safe procedure, less painful, short hospital stay.. it is the recommended surgery for gall bladder now a days
