Injection
Use scar cream it'll help initially if not settled then go for injection
Intra lesion injection of steroid is better for keloid but should be seen by surgeon to be sure it’s keloid
I will help u through homeo medicine Enshahallha u feel batter book appointment through Marham for proper treatment
Well for raised scar.. Simple measure recommended by the plastic surgeon is the use of coconut oil massage.. It wud make the scar soft.. Intralesional steroids are prescribed to make the scar flat.. Injections used in such cases r very small.. It is basically an insulin syringe.. It won't be tht painful.. U can also use an anti scar gel..

it's better to ask about side effects from a plastic surgeon or dermatologist who is very used to these injections
