Any general surgeon can do it. It's not a technically challenging procedure that would require any experience on part of the general surgeon. Don't need to go to hospitals like Shifa, Maroof, Kulsum etc. in the hope for better treatment. Treatment would be same everywhere. So if cost is an issue go to govt. set up hospitals without any worry.
