ideally pt should be examined but you are from sialkot thats why offered you online consultation. there might b few female surgeons .histry will also reveal many issues ..if you want ..otherwise its better to see a surgeon physically

and now it is not a fissure any more .. it has now become 2 clear fluid + a little bit of blood discharging fungating sites.. with occasional movement of foreign body which i really feel
