a calculus measuring 6.0 into 5.0 mm us seen in the left VUJ causing moderate left hydronephroureter. left PUJ calculus moderate hydronephroureter. above is impression of my CT KUB. should i go to surgery or just go to medicine?????
Consult urologist. First try medication. Drink lots of water. It may pass. If not, can be removed by endoscopy.
So you have 2 stones on the same side?
What's the size of the stone in left PUJ?
Do you have any fever, chills, severe pain?
How is the other kidney?
What's your kidney function test like?
Usually small stones (9mm or less) pass on their own with the help of medication like Tamsulosin. But having two stones on the same side makes your situation slightly complicated. You might actually benefit from a JJ stent followed by repeat CT in 6-8 weeks, shock wave lithotripsy is also a good option in your case.
Consult a urologist as soon as possible.
You need URS at once .i mean surgery

Upto 10 mm stones can be treated with medication... and secondly can be treated with radiation....
