Salam, i am 24 years old, last night i have suddenly very severe pain in my testis, i even didn’t touch my testis in pain, when i lie down on bed then i get some relief. In pain i did not walk properly. Last night i feel my one testical is bit large r swelled and second testical is bit smaller r may be squeezed down. The veins of tsetis are swelled. I feel like my testis are stretching down bcz i feel pressure on the testis veins, pain start from testis and goes up to the bladder or (below the NAAF). 6 to 8 months before i have the same issue but that time ignored. Plz suggest me what will i do.
You need to be seen soon. I have a clinic at SCH now for an hour. You can come or do an US of testicles for blood flow at SCH and then see me tomorrow
Get urself checked by surgeon ASAP and get its ultrasound done ASAP as well . And mean while take any painkiller which is at ur home .. brufen synflex dicloran etc
take pain killer..tab brexin..of pain settled...ok..otherwise consult with doctor

sudden pain intestis in young men is alarming. u should do doppler ultrasounnd inguinoscrotal region, to rule out testicular toursion, and epididymorchitus
Immediately get checked up otherwise you may loose one testis

Sudden pain in testis could b an emergency as testicular torsion.. Pay a visit to a surgeon asap..
Get doppler ultrasound and consult with general surgeon Asap!
It can be torsion testis which is emergency and varicocoele go for us of scrotum send me and go further in the light of usg.
