MRI report...Right testicles is undescended testicles and is located in the Right hemipelvis medial to the external iliac vesseles . it appears hypointense on TiWi relatively hypertense on T2Wi and PDWi and STIR sequences ..it is showing restricted diffusion as evident by low ADC and High DWi signals...it measure about 30×28×21mm in Ap ×transverse×craniocaudal cross ponding too the volume of about 8.8ml .. Left testicles is very small. 10×13×17mm .. 1.10 ml

needs immediate surgical consultation
at this age there is no benefit of taking the testicle down into the scrotum by surgery bcz this right testis is completely gone bcz of loss of blood supply. If this testis will be brought down in scrotum at this age it will turn into cancer of testis and will also affect the other testis.
so this testis should be removed completely surgically
needs to be investigated further
