we have issue in the vein of leg of right sides.. sometimes right legs veins is got swallows.and sometimes it gets normal so.we want to get cosmetic surgery that's how its looks like normal

Your patient probably has varicose veins. He needs to be seen by a general surgeon or vascular surgeon to examine and investigate him. The condition may require surgical treatment.
