we have issue in the vein of leg of right sides.. sometimes right legs veins is got swallows.and sometimes it gets normal so.we want to get cosmetic surgery that's how its looks like normal
get an ultrasound of the legs to see varicosities
need evaluation by doppler ultrasound
For surgery u will have to consult surgen physically
most probably varicose veins. need to have adequate history of ur brother..and about his disease.. examination is a must n esp doppler studies before proceeding for surgery.

get u/s doppler for both legs and also visit vascular surgery or general surgery.
