Hello Doctors I have anxiety disorder for the last couple of years, had taken citanew 5 mg for three months, after that my Dr advised me to take inderal 10 mg for three months because my heart beat is a bit fast, I'm taking inderal continuously for 5 months two times daily, few days ago I visited nearby hospital to check my bp it was 175/90, they gave me capoten to normalize bp, today I went to check my bp again it was 155/90, I face bp issue mostly at evening time, I feel dizzy and shaky. please need some advice as I'm worried about my health.

We need to rule out the cause of your hypertension, anxiety, shakiness first
Get your complete Thyroid profile and 24 hr urinary metanephrine. Meanwhile take same medications prescribed by the doctor
