This report shows some small nodules in the neck which require a special test called FNAC to rule out any underlying serious condition it also shows old TB changed and one zone where pneumonia is present which is a kind of infection better to get her covid PCR also done
you have old chest infection. also your thyroid gland is large and needs biopsy. kindly consult a pulmonologist and endocrinologist
these reports suggest old infective changes in the lungs and new infection like pneumonia, which is treatable. the second problem is in thyroid which shows nodules for that ultrasound and ultrasound guided aspiration is needed to rule out disease of thyroid. for hoarseness, the initial approach is to do laryngoscopy by ent surgeon.can u tell me in detail about your symptoms?
T.b suspect ..go for biopsy or bronchoscopy
A.O.A need full history of the patient plus examination to be done
first and foremost patient needs to be examined by the surgeon for head and neck examination
based on examination we can either go for further imaging of thyroid or do upfront fnac of thyroid so sort and rule out etiology of thyroid nodules.
As far as lung is concerned further advance imaging and invasive procedures are required for evaluation like contrast hrct and vats are preferable.
But first and foremost book appointment with and Head and neck surgeon for evaluation he will guide you then accordingly
report shows some fibrotic changes in CT secondary to TB/ bronchiectasis.. and also multiple calcified nudoles in thyroid
walaikum asalam!
u should go for fnac thyroid .. and thyroid scan.. and go for blood cp and esr alongwith sputum for afb.. and sputum culture..
Old TB, Pneumonia and thyroid modules which needs further evaluation through a procedure called Fine needle aspiration cytology to confirm disease process in thyroid and its disposal.
visit to surgeon
Report sugestive for brochogenic carcinoma thyroid profile should be considerd sputum for AFB Culture Senstivity should be sent for further evaluation
patient need thyroid examination
TSH freeT3 freeT4 levels
fnac thyroid nodule
t.spot test for tuberculosis
CBC with ESR
hrct shows previous tuberculosis and currently acute viral pneumonia needs to rule out covid-19 infection likely diagnosis.plus thyroid fnac to be done to rule out thyroid malignancy
post TB , bronchiectasis....sputum for AFB advice...
thyroid nodules go for fnac and thyroid scan for further
Report shows branchogenic carcinoma
sputum culture with Cbc and Esr
biospy for thyroid also send TSH
need a tissue diagnosis with fnac of thyroid and VATS / bronschoscopy. which will guide for further management and work up. Its better to visir a thoracic surgeon .
but before anything patient needs to be seen and examined. we dont want to treat the reports but the patient. thanks
is it possible to see the CT scan films?
further workup is required like Fnac of thyroid nodule workup for tuberculosis needs to b done
walaikum assalam ... your provisional diagnosis are Tb chest with lung fibrosis, thyroiditis
Aoa hope doing good. This report is suggestive of thyroid nodules that require further evaluation like fnac, TFTs,ultrasound guided biopsy. For lungs, this patients has some history of prolong previous lung infective changes and now developing new infection like pneumonia for that needs hrct, PCR etc. This patient is advised to visit surgeon, pulmonologists or if they suggest to some endocrinologist for further investigations, evacluation and physical examinations.
Post tuberculose brochiacteces with fibrosis and thyroidis. Further work up required like FNAC of thyroid
Enlarge thryod need FNAC
TFTs RFTs
also CT with oral and IV contrast
diagnosed will be discussed after all these
as there is many isssue in CT 042-32591427, Post TB bronchiectasis and also need further Workup
visit to surgeon
need to be visited by a specialist physician soon and also a surgeon
Walaikom asalam , the provided imaging is sugestive of tb chest with fibrotic changes in lungs , that need evaluation with fnac of thyroid , cbc ,esr than further mangement will be done accordingly
Pneumonia old TB Thyroid nodules Need physical exam and further testing need biopsy of nodules
walikum salam, this picture suggestive of enlarge thyroid nodules,tb of chest and fibrotic changes in lungs.need to visit surgeon
it showed enlarge thyroid..with acute and old changes of infection in lungs..visit nearby general surgeon and pulmonolgist
it needs history, clinical evaluation n needle biopsy ,so visit some pulmonologist ar the earliest
Investigate for thyroid pathology. FNAC and thyroid function tests are recommended
this doesn't appear to be lung cancer. however things like TB need to be ruled out. please follow with a pulmonogist.
you also need a thyroid scan (radioactive iodine uptake scan) to see what's happening in your thyroid
Old TB Along with some new infection and thyroid issue
Kindly contact your doctor so they can correlate these with clinical picture.
Reports alone should not be used for diagnosis.
Need Full detailed Hx of patient, previous reports & X-rays to correlate for to proceed further.
