Try to use tab tercica or tab Panadol 2 tablets when required instead of tramol for 2 days and take cap Rize 20mg daily at night just before sleeping, after 2 days tell me ur condition. Moreover ye tramal k ilawa kisi or reason se b bodyaches ho sakti hen, is liey just yehi na smjen k isi waja se hen, baki b causes ko rule out karna chahiey
