If you feel less energetic then you can take Multivitamins (Tab Surbex Z). Exercise daily for at least 30min and eat healthy. Take proper sleep. Surely, Everything will be ok.

Aoa,
The reports you have sent are normal. Neither it is hypothyroidism nor any Anemia or infection in blood tests.
These days Vitamin D deficiency is very common along with other vitamin and minerals deficiency due to alot of fast food intake, staying indoors most of the times and less sunlight exposure etc
I recommend you to take calcium and vitamin D . Take good diet I.e balanced diet which includes chicken, mutton, pulses , rice, vegetables, fruits, nuts and dairy products ie equal proportions.
If you can, get your Vitamin D levels checked but still start taking it already.
Also stress/anxiety may make you feel fatigued as well. If you are under stress due to anything, try to eliminate the factor. Start a healthy activity like walk, jogging or any game on everyday basis or weekends atleast; and you may feel better.
