Asking for Wife, Female, 29 years old, Islamabad
My wife is complaining for frequent headache i.e. 3 to 4 times a month with each session lasting for 4 to 5 days. We are married 2 years ago and one son aged 14 months now. She starts to get stomach full like feeling with urge to vomit if take food in those days when the headache is gonna start. We tried tab HiTop and Tab Tofranil for 4 weeks but no relief. Dr diagnosed it migraine and gastritis. She during that days takes risek, dicloran OTC pain killers but no relife. In the last session she got Inj Dicloran which provided some relief but the pain just went to back of head. Inj like Risek and Toradol are no useful for her. I'm confused as she is very selective in food intake as to avoid recurrent headache. Should i visit Neuro physician or Gastro physician for another checkup? Picture taken from google for refernce

Zolmitriptan 2.5 mg NOW. Repeat dose in 2 hours.
Stop OTCs gradually
Take Ganaton 50 mg for nausea

She's a patient of rebound headache the more pain killer given results in more headache.

need a few more points in history. location of pain in head (front, back top)? how would you describe the headache? any visual or hearing auras? time of pain starting? Migraine does not usually last 5 days. since when did the headaches start? have you gotten eyes checked for glasses?
best to consult a neurologist. gastric symptoms are common with headaches.

No eyesight issue. The attached picture contains the sight of pain. It's been more than a year but it settled all byself If she starts to avoid meal for few times or use yogurt. But recently it's been more frequent to more than 3 or 4 panic attacks per month than once after two or three months.
No aura or visual impairment.

cannot see any images attached with this post. This case does not fulfill criteria for either Migraine or Cluster headache. There are a few more types of unusual headaches that are quite uncommon. it's best if you consult a neurologist
