tab klaracid 500mg bd ,capsule omega 40mg before dinner daily,cap amoxicillin 1g bd if not allergy to penicillin,for 7to 14 days ,plenty of fluids not soft drinks or energy drinks, green tea with honey and ginger,soups , properly washed fresh fruits and vegetables, chicken cooked at home no junk food or fried items take your last meal of day at least 2hrs before sleep but again it's better to consult doctor nearby by who can actually look into it
