Need pictures of the area of hair loss. Do you have dandruff?
Please consult dermatologist
stop medication immidiately
Consult your dermatologist, who has prescribed that medication.
Thinning of hair while taking isotretinoin is a common side effect. It is temporary and your hair will regrow once you stop taking medicine. Though you can take biotin supplements and a good multivitamin like centrum for this.

It doesn’t seem very thin to me in this picture. If you feel your hair have thinned out as compared to before than you can start biotin supplements 500 mcg per day, start taking a good multivitamin and any hair serum which hai procapil biocapil and biotin in it. Apply the serum at night on your scalp no need to wash next day. Apply daily at night only. As I am in UAE I don’t know the trade names over there. You can go to pharmacy and ask serum with these ingredients. Thank you

Hi ... may Allah grant you best health . Dear sir addressing to your issue I’d say that alopecia is very common in young males now a days . Trim your hair short ... use minoxidil 2% hair solution . Use baby shampoo . Use any multivitamin with good amount of zinc such as surbex Z 1 tablet daily . Try to relax yourself . Thanks
Use minoxidil spray
Konaz shampoo if having dandruff
