My daughter having fever since last ten days. Doctor prescribed panadol and antibiotic. 5 days completed. Again yesterday she had fever and feeling cold.

Continue antibiotic and Panadol for two more days. If no relief then since the patient is feeling cold and fever then she will have to be put on antimalarials.

Well it depends upon the source of infection. Doctor must have examined her throat. Bacterial sore throat needs 7 to 10 days antibiotic treatment. To exclude malaria amd dengue she might need blood tests.

any labs? cbc? ghr m ksi or ko hai? maybe be viral or maybe bacterial, sans ki raftar teez to ni? we have to rule out other disease like pneumonia typhoid etc, need proper history for good treatment
get blood cs, mpict, mp smear, urine dr and cs, cxr,. needs proper history and examination
