Basically it needs examination and detailed history however apply nilstat drops three times per day and consult doctor physically
avoid spicy fast food. Tab Gramex 400 mg 1 daily fr 5 days, Nilstat Drops 4 droppers 3 time daily( rinse fr few seconds then swallow).
