Insomnia and jerk of leg may be two different problems. Are you more worried for sleeplessness or jerky leg.
For leg visit neurologist he will also help in other problem.
Cannot suggest consultant without knowing your location.
His hemoglobin and electrolytes needs to be checked first. And neurologist is the best dr to go for this complaint
