Very Often Feels Pain In Arms,

Question

Unable to grasp anything in hands, tonight he felt pain and was unable to even open a door, unable to grasp anything in hands, but gradually pain decreases and gets normal in due course of time. It happened 3rd time in last two weeks, got checked from - - - - - - - ultrasound is OK blood reports are OK. Doctors prescribed some medicines during intake he developed severe skin irritation, which after leaving the medicines is getting normal.
Kindly guide is it a neuro issue?

Is it just one hand? Any specific site if pain or is it generalised? Recent history of fall or trauma? Any associated pain in neck or arm? Patient needs neurology and rheumatology consultation in my opinion. Don&rsquo;t take medicine that is causing allergic reaction!
