Talk to Gynecologist on 1st Pregnancy Cramps

Aoa drs plz help me Its my 1st ever pregnancy in my 16 yrs of married life Last lmp 11july Conceived through ICSI ET was done on 25th july Currently on cyclogest pessary n duphaston 3 times a day PROBLEM: i have constipation so last night at 3 i woke with intense pain around uterus of mybe veins onn side.. bohat buray cramps thay.. mujhy laga kuch galat hogaya hai.. phir i felt i passing stool .. bohat difficulty say i stood up from bed and went in bathroom.. passed stool with so much pains n cramps very hard stool Since then im fine just little cramps while doing urine Plz plz plz tell is it something to worry abt .. do i need to rush to dr.. no other symptoms no blood no spotting no fever nothing Im too much worried Aysy hard stool pass kerny say miscarriage tu nahi hoga na plz tell i have went into iui ivf now icsi for this pregnancy had so much pain One thing more i have mild tummy pain.. tummy gets hard sometimes Thankyou
