Talk to Gynecologist on 1st Time Pregnancy / Ultrasound Testing.

My wife LMP date was 12 June, she have 21 days regular M.cycle, every months she got 4 days before from LMP date. this month she missed the periods, have some early pregnancy symptoms like, food issue, on and off high body temperature, more sleep and fatigue, some time lower abdomen pain. we visited Dr, She made UPT which resulted positive Alhumdulliah. ( This is First pregnancy after marriage). but Dr, made ultrasound and said nothing is clear in ultrasound regarding pregnancy. Now almost 7/8 days are over from period due date. is this normal not to show anything in ultrasound In first weeks of pregnancy. what is best time to make again ultrasound to get clear picture. 2nd she is working in Govt.office, is this okay to travel 15 KM daily in own car and sit in office for 6/7 hours. kindly advise.
