My wife is 39 week pregnant and she has high ALT (113) , please guide me about it. Is it concerning at this stage? What should we do. She is already taking Urso.

Thanks for your concern Yes it seems to be obstetric cholestasis .. as she is 39 weeks she need to be delevered as there is risk of fetal distress and intrauterine fetal death ..thanks

You need to increase intake of water, fruits and fresh juices, vegetables and visit your gynaecologist for ultrasound and if all ok then she can plan your delivery.
