If dates are exact , u can repeat ultrasound after a week to be on diagnosis of missed abortion, it means that due to abnormality in baby the heart failed to develop, then follow ur Gynae instructions

take folic acid, do transvaginal scan if still no heart beat visible repeat scan after 1 week
