Talk to Gynecologist on Abdominal Issue

Having abdominal cramps pain feeling like having any type of wound sometimes its fine & sometimes give tingling in middle of stomach was hpylori posotive before & had treatment for 28 days then in november 2020 tested again it was negative but since last 1 week again having issue dr prescribed me novidat 250 & dexivia 30 mg but still having issue. When i drink hot water i get relaxed for time being.
