Acne During Pregnancy

Question

i\'m 12 weeks pregnant, but i am getting alot of acne on my face, my complexion is fair enough so all the acne marks are very prominent on my face,

i was using isotin cream before pregnancy if any acne appear, and it works very well, but i heard we should not use it in pregnancy. so i stopped using 3 months back.

can you please recommend me any cream for acne + acne marks which is also safe in pregnancy,

also can i use dermateen face wash in pregnancy?

You can use the face wash.
You may use clindamycin lotion and aryynoin plus cream on the affected area

You can use Eryderm Lotion or Clycin-T lotion , wash your face 2-3 times , use some good moisturiser, and sunscreen;  take Iron + vit. C take good balanced healthy diet including fresh juices, fruits , fresh veggie; stop isotin. Book an appointment for further consultation. Thanks

Aoa Erygel(contain erythromycin) is safe to use during pregnancy for local area other than face wash.
