Assalam O Alaikum Meri wife ki Ultrasound Report mai AFI ki value 21 ayi hai (1st pregnancy) kya ye value zyada hai or isy control kesy kiya jaye agr zyada hai to #ye 2nd pic Sugar test ki report hai. kindly report sy related guide kr dain.

Get a detailed scan from a consultant ultrasonolgist to exclude any abnormality. Otherwise only monitoring is needed every 2 weeks.
W.salam ur wife reports r fine uptil yet afi is normal too...just maintain a good diet..with some what restrictions of juices...n that's it have follow up scan after 1 month n better to have detailed anomaly ultrasound scan from experienced sonologist..hope for the best

Both the reports are normal..AFI is normal upto 25.Just have a detailed ultrasound by a consultant radiologist .No need to worry just follow up after 4 weeks..

Sir first of all you need. A detailed check up of your wife by an obstetrician . This amount of AFI can be because of a number of causes that need to be addressed on history and examination . (it’s in upper range but not exactly considered polyhydramnios) Report although is normal . Thanku
