Aoa, in this hot 43* celsius , humid weather why should someone not use an AC or Fan ? There are no medical restrictions and no dos or do nots. However Take care of baby , it should be properly wrapped, kept at normal room temp 26-28*c . High temperatures these days may cause heat stroke , dizziness, drowsiness leading loss of consciousness. , so avoid it . Thanks
