Opinion 4rm experts My periods up til are non existent , comes in year or two by own or never comes . ACTUALLY I have 4-5 natural total periods after my first period( first period was natural at age 14-15. I went on pill primulat N 3-4 times for 3 months on and off to regulate my periods and I had withdrawal bleeding.. after that nothing happen naturally . My last period was natural without bleed 2 years ago with no following of any pills course .also I had 3 months ago some brown spotting I will attach labs in comments. lifestyle: i was underweight from last couple of years , but now I managed to get 50 kg , no history of eating disorders, gym and restricted diet but I do underfueling. I have extreme hunger , frequently peeing and fatigue .( Likely symptoms of hypothalamic amenorrhoea) I don't have pcos sysmtoms ( hair acne ,weight gain) But my LH and FSH are raised. My ultrasounds were normal , had only tiny follicles , but my recent ultrasound , Dr told enlarge ovaries
