My age is 34, my AFC is twelve (12) i.e. six (6) in each ovary. Please help me understand if it is considered extremely low that I need to go for IVF as soon as possible.

Doctor, as you a very experienced, I just need a help by knowing whether this AFC is extremely low for my age?
Reason: I want to try IUI first as I feel this is what I need. Do I have enough time or I should go for IVF soon?
Husband's progressive motility (rapid+slow) is 43%. Google/researches says 40% is acceptable for IUI, but my concept fertily centre is not suggesting IUI saying the motility is not up to mark. Is it true??
