i was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, it didnt flare during pregnancy but now i have delivered and baby is 2 months exclusively breastfed. but now all my joints are paining, wrist, fingers, knees, toes everything. to the point i cant bare. i m taking HCQ twice a day and brufen 600mg 3 times. but it doesn't seem to help. pain is unbearable. what other medicine i can take which controls inflammation and is lactating safe. and now brufen is also not available in the market.

thank you. i m taking voltral 50mg now, it is controls the pain through the day but mornings are very difficult. i cant stand on my feet or hold anything with my hand.
