Talk to Gynecologist on Arthritis And Nursing Mother

i was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, it didnt flare during pregnancy but now i have delivered and baby is 2 months exclusively breastfed. but now all my joints are paining, wrist, fingers, knees, toes everything. to the point i cant bare. i m taking HCQ twice a day and brufen 600mg 3 times. but it doesn't seem to help. pain is unbearable. what other medicine i can take which controls inflammation and is lactating safe. and now brufen is also not available in the market.
