I recently experienced a miscarriage in December and am now pregnant again. A Pakistani doctor recommended taking Duphaston until the 20th week of pregnancy. Could you please advise if this is safe, the appropriate dosage, and how long I should take it?

If your previous miscarriage was early and in current pregnancy you don’t have any pain and bleeding then no need Dupaston.Continue Folic acid and vitamin D

duphaston usually indicated in first trimester due to threatened miscarriage, and for recurrent miscarriage.
