Assalam o alaikum i have been missing my periods for over two months. yesterday i had ultrasound done and its negative. but the beta hcg report is positive. please guide me. why this happens?

Actually blood report pucks pregnancy early and ultrasound late So you are pregnant but go for transvaginal ultrasound after one week, and if you have symptoms of early pregnancy.
Go for transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) for localisation of pregnancy
rule out ectopic by doing tvs scan
