Bleeding

Question

Assalam u alaikum sir/mam. I got married 1 month 22 days ago. Start 2 days of married night was normal. But after 2 days when we met black clots and bleeding were started i went to doctor she said there is an infection so that's why after few days i was okay. Now this is 2nd time when an egg release we met but after 2nd day clots start for few hours and i can't be pregnant from 2 periods. Please give me suggestions. Pregnancy comes positive but i can't conceive. Please help me??
