Asking For Self, Female 31, abbotabad

recently i have given birth to a baby girl on 4rth of feb. on 14th of march, my 40 days would have completed. exactly on 14th of march i started bleeding again and bleeding till now. and till now, the flow of blood is heavy and red. i have 2 more daughters, one is 4 years old and the other one is 3 years old. kindly please tell me if this is normal and how long it will persist? is this menses or something else? i am very much tensed.

You need to get a pelvic ultrasound done asap. It could be due to retained products of conception. But that would be clear on ultrasound.
