I had c section on 2nd December,,my baby is almost 2 month old,,I had been facing irregular bleeding since the childbirth,,a doctor advised me familia 28 ,, I am taking this medicine for 2 days but I am concerned about breastfeeding,,plz advise me
Aoa. Do u have fever or lower abdominal pain ? Vaginal discharge? Please do an ultrasound to rule out any pieces left during the c section and also the endometrial thickness. May just need an antibiotic. Famila may effect your feeding
