Salam,pehle to aap aik radiologist se ultrasound karae..kahe Bache ke sat awal neche na ho..us Mai second trimester se bleeding Hoti hai...dosra doctor ne apko gravibanon injection lagaya Hoga...wo aik injection lagani Hoti hai per week...total 4 injections.dosra second trimester se apne supplements Mai iron add karna Hoti hai...duphaston 1 month or jari rakhe...kia abhi bhi apko bleeding ya spotting Hoti hai?
Mane apki pori discussion abhi daikhi Baki doctors ke sat...apka placta ki waj ASE bleeding hai...is gestation par ap apna steroid cover complete kare..or tab transamine 500 mg bd start karen.agar bleeding ya spotting hai.
