Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding Like Periods While On Duphaston Course

On my doctor's advise I am taking duphaston course of 3 months where doctor advised to take duphaston for 21 days and stop it for four days...This is my second month of course and at 14th day bleeing started as normal period while medicine is not yet stopped...please advise what to do
