Talk to Gynecologist on Blood Spoting Or Something Like Periods

After missing my periods for 1 week I took urine test which resulted in positive but more than 3 day days I felt first brown colour discharge than red in vagina not much in flow but it appears sooner after cleanininess . I don't know what is this if not periods and niether have info about its duration . kindly tell me about it as I am pregnent
